This is the first time we stayed overnight here, but it almost always is a stop for a break whenever I roll through West Texas. This place is always busy because not only is it a truckstop, but it is a Greyhound Bus stop as well.
The place always looks dirty and grungy, but not because of garbage around the parking lot or store, but rather maybe old paint, old signs, the doors, everything pretty much looks run down. Other than too many customers and never enough cashiers, this place is not all that bad.
Plenty of truck parking around here and even overflow parking is available. In the event the parking is full, there are several side streets and open lots that trucks can use.
